Fern Textures *LUCKY DIP*

This is a collection of monoprints created using lino which was etched with caustic soda, printed onto the lino using fern leaves.  This was printed as the background layer and then fern leaved were inked up and used to print another layer giving a wonderful textural effect.
 
These were the practise prints for the Awagami International Mini Print Competition.  The final print created using this technique was exhibited in Japan.  
 
They are all printed on Awagami Kitakata 36gsm paper with 4 deckled edges so will look superb float mounted to show off the edges.  Paper size is approximately 27 x 21cm.
