This print was created by pressing dried stickwort into soft ground, then using hard ground to sharpen some of the detail.  Aquatint was added to darken the background creating contrast.
 
My prints are all made by hand, each layer of each print is individually inked and pressed therefore there are individual variations within each edition.  Every print is a unique and orginial work of art.  
 
Framed by Alastair Smithers Picture Framing, with a white window mount (colour matched to the paper the etching is on) and a simple black 'wood texture' moulding.  Overall framed size is 22cm (w) x 23cm (h).
